You'll lead sales strategy and execution for the largest TMS platform following a merger of two industry leaders. Your core impact will be building and scaling the sales organization from the ground up to drive predictable revenue growth. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
- Lead as player-coach on complex enterprise deals and support SEs.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
- Build and scale sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and sales operations.
📋 Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 10+ years in senior sales leadership with multi-million-dollar targets.
- 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile/logistics technology.
- Proven track record of forecasting accuracy using MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
