💼 About This Role

You'll address client inquiries related to portfolio data feeds and data product functionalities at Addepar, a global data and AI platform. Your core impact is ensuring customers get maximum value from their data while working with internal teams and clients. This role offers exposure to the financial investment industry and collaboration across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Triage and address client inquiries on data feeds and product functionalities within SLAs.
• Manage data verification requests requiring client outreach from internal Data teams.
• Investigate and escalate client-reported bugs and data processing issues to Engineering.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to drive alignment on data-related escalations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in the financial investment/advisory industry.
• Solid understanding of capital markets and portfolio accounting.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evening shift 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST.

• Familiarity with MS Suite, Salesforce, Atlassian, SQL, Bloomberg, or Thomson Reuters.
