💼 About This Role

You'll join Zensurance, a leading InsurTech, as a senior broker converting inbound leads into clients for commercial insurance across British Columbia. You'll manage high-volume leads with strong sales ability and commercial knowledge, reporting to the Team Lead. This role offers remote-first flexibility and no cold calling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Convert inbound leads into insurance clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend coverages.
• Provide support from quote to sale.
• Collaborate with underwriters and team.

📋 Requirements

• BC Level 2 or 3 license and 3+ years commercial broking.
• High-volume inbound lead conversion skills.
• Proficiency with BMS or digital tools.
• Strong communication skills for complex concepts.
