Description

You will lead the development and deployment of AI and innovation tools across BRPH's architecture, engineering, and construction enterprise. Collaborate with leadership, IT, and project teams to integrate AI into workflows, drive adoption, and position the firm at the forefront of AEC innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Computer/Data Science, or Business with tech focus; Master’s preferred
• 8-15 years professional experience with 5+ years in AEC
• 3-5 years leading technology, innovation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated success implementing AI solutions at scale
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI and innovation roadmap aligned with digital transformation goals
• Identify, research, pilot, and evaluate emerging AI technologies for AEC workflows
• Integrate AI into project workflows like BIM automation, generative design, and predictive scheduling
• Lead change management and training to drive AI tool adoption across the organization
• Serve as internal and external ambassador for AI innovation through presentations and industry events
