You'll oversee daily pharmacy fulfillment operations, managing a team of technicians to ensure accurate and timely medication delivery. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians with coaching and feedback
• Oversee fulfillment workflows: picking, packing, shipping
• Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

📋 Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician license (Illinois) or willingness to obtain
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) or willingness to obtain
• 2+ years of people management in high-volume operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
