💼 About This Role

You'll lead the rollout of our ambient scribe technology to NHS clinicians, managing multiple implementations end-to-end. Your core impact will be turning complexity into clear, reliable delivery that improves clinician experience and reduces admin. This role offers the chance to work across the UK and Stockholm with a fast-scaling health-tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple implementations in parallel.
• Build detailed 60-90 day rollout plans with clear milestones.
• Align customer and internal teams through structured check-ins and reports.
• Identify risks early, escalate, and drive resolution to keep projects on track.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in delivery, project, or implementation roles owning projects end-to-end.
• Structure with implementation plans, governance, RAID, and reporting.
• Understanding of healthcare environments (NHS/private), ideally.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and occasionally to Stockholm.

• Familiarity with NHS governance (e.g., DPIA, DCB standards, DTAC).
