Description

You will lead the European Procure to Payment function, overseeing daily AP operations, automating processes, and ensuring compliance across multiple entities. You'll manage a team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain accurate and timely financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 9+ years accounts payable experience with leadership skills
• 4+ years people management experience in multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of European AP practices, VAT, and multi-currency transactions
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage European Procure to Payment function across multiple countries
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and payments
• Oversee monthly closing of AP records and support accruals preparation
• Develop and enforce AP policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Manage employee travel and expense reporting and corporate credit card programs
