Description

You will lead and develop a team of Design Coordinators, ensuring consistent execution of design processes, QA/QC standards, and alignment with company goals. This role combines people leadership, process discipline, and quality assurance to drive excellence across projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years in design, BIM, construction, or related technical field with electrical knowledge
• Proven leadership experience supervising or mentoring teams
• Strong knowledge of design workflows, QA/QC, and process management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks preferred

Responsibilities

• Mentor, train, and develop Design Coordinators in electrical systems and field application
• Support setting daily/weekly priorities and workforce planning for design teams
• Address HR issues and foster accountability and continuous improvement
• Ensure design processes and QA/QC practices are consistently followed
• Act as communication bridge between coordinators, managers, and leadership
