You'll lead Brand Marketing for the Better For You portfolio at Mars Snacking, driving growth for brands like KIND, RX, and Nutri-Grain. You'll architect brand strategies at the intersection of purpose, performance, and cultural relevance. This role offers the chance to balance brand autonomy with the scale of a global leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and port out brand positioning and marketing strategies across the portfolio
• Deeply understand core consumers and identify new occasions and audiences
• Reshape innovation pipeline into a consumer-needs-led model
• Lead, inspire, and develop a multi-brand marketing organization

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA highly preferred
• Senior marketing leadership experience (20+ years) with VP/CMO/GM level
• Experience in entrepreneurial, fast-moving, or challenger environments
• Experience leading multi-brand or portfolio businesses at different stages
