💼 About This Role

You'll guide the build of electrical and mechanical distribution for data center white space fit outs, working onsite daily with subcontractors to manage schedule, quality, and scope. You'll own project delivery from bidding through closeout, ensuring mission-critical infrastructure meets design intent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interface with general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout
• Monitor project progress, communicate changes, and manage client expectations
• Resolve scope problems with subcontractors and trades
• Manage construction documents including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of construction management experience on large, complex mission-critical MEP projects
• Strong general contractor and vendor management experience including RFP, bidding, change orders, and RFI tracking
• Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings for all disciplines

✨ Nice to Have

• Data center white space construction experience
• Procore or similar project management software experience
• Knowledge of local subcontractor relations for low voltage, electrical, and mechanical work
