Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Bozzuto, you will resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, prepare vacant apartments for move-in, and preserve building safety through general upkeep and snow removal. You'll provide excellent customer service to residents and be part of a supportive team.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or education in trades
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergency situations
• Ability to exert 25-50 pounds of force frequently and 10-20 pounds constantly
• Personal, reliable transportation for work and on-call emergencies

Responsibilities

• Preserve building and community safety through general upkeep, cleanliness, and snow removal
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Work weekends, evenings, and on-call for after-hour emergencies
