💼 About This Role
You'll partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive technical validation and value articulation throughout the sales cycle. You'll own demos, technical discovery, and solution design for a B2B SaaS company serving the hospitality industry.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Establish and execute standard demo workflows and customization patterns.
- Define technical discovery SOPs for customer systems and integrations.
- Create repeatable solution design frameworks and proof plans.
- Build and maintain standardized RFP/RFI response processes.
📋 Requirements
- 3–5+ years as a Sales Engineer supporting B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with hospitality systems (PMS preferred) or complex integration environments.
- Working knowledge of APIs (REST, webhooks) and light scripting.
- Experience with security and compliance reviews for enterprise buyers.
✨ Nice to Have
- Proven experience owning technical RFP/RFI responses.
- Ability to validate early-stage features and convert feedback into enablement.
- Strong executive-level communication skills.
