Description

You will set the regional strategy for the DACH region, lead a commercial team, and drive growth through localized go-to-market plans. You'll build partnerships with universities and landlords, and represent the company externally.

Requirements

• Experience leading business units or regional operations in a high-growth marketplace or platform company
• Comfort with data-driven management and analytical dashboards
• Strong track record of meeting targets with P&L responsibility
• Skilled in building trust, motivating teams, and fostering accountability
• Multilingual skills: English and German required
