💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. Your work will implement positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA to create meaningful progress for families. You'll collaborate with a transdisciplinary team including speech, occupational, and music therapists.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete Cortica's orientation and BCAT training.
• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with your BCBA.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors.

📋 Requirements

• At least 6 months experience in ABA.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Bachelor's or master's degree.
• Experience with EMR systems.
