💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve Launch Potato's cloud infrastructure, CI/CD platform, and compliance posture. You'll build the SRE function from the ground up so product teams can ship faster without compromising reliability, security, or cost control. This role offers the chance to shape reliability practices in a profitable digital media company reaching 30M+ monthly visitors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Stand up the SRE practice from scratch including on-call rotation and PagerDuty configuration.
• Complete the AWS multi-account migration with zero unplanned downtime.
• Deliver SOC 2 Type I audit-ready infrastructure evidence package.
• Implement automated deployment rollback for ECS and Lambda.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of production AWS infrastructure experience.
• Deep Terraform expertise with ownership.
• Experience building SRE function from scratch.
• CI/CD pipeline ownership in one or more previous roles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-site company requiring PaaS or microservices.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or equivalent SRE tooling.
• PagerDuty experience and standing up on-call rotation.
