Description

As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive execution for The Roku Channel across Roku OS, web, third-party connected TV platforms, and mobile/tablet experiences. You'll turn strategy into predictable delivery, aligning teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring launch readiness across a complex set of stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and can influence across multiple organizations to ship customer-facing experiences at scale.

Requirements

• Experience in program management for cross-platform consumer applications
• Ability to manage ambiguity and bring structure without bureaucracy
• Strong influencing skills across multiple organizations
• Experience with delivery planning, dependency management, and executive communication
• Familiarity with streaming or connected TV platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning and execution for The Roku Channel spanning multiple platforms
• Run quarterly and continuous planning, driving re-plans as priorities shift
• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans across multiple teams
• Establish and run operating mechanisms: weekly program reviews, dependency forums, release readiness checkpoints, and post-launch retrospectives
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and orchestrate dependencies with contributing teams
