💼 About This Role

You'll own user-facing features end-to-end, leading Android platform architecture and raising the quality bar. Your work will directly impact 5.5 million users across 85,000 companies in France and Brazil. You'll collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend to deliver the best possible user experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and ship Android features from problem framing to monitoring.
• Set and enforce mobile quality targets (crash-free, cold-start, accessibility).
• Lead mobile architecture and standards (modularization, design system).
• Ship safely using feature flags, staged rollouts, and server-driven config.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years building large-scale Android apps.
• Expert in Kotlin with strong Gradle and Jetpack Compose/XML skills.
• Depth in networking (REST/Retrofit), offline caching (Room), and secure storage.
• Proven release/quality engineering with JUnit, Espresso, and CI/CD.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in cross-platform development.
