You'll lead the launch and daily operations of food and beverage at a premier golf resort. You'll build scalable systems and processes from the ground up for a 2026 preview season. This is a unique chance to shape a world-class dining experience in a startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations during preview season.
  • Lead front-of-house service execution in temporary facilities.
  • Establish SOPs for service, inventory, waste, and ordering.
  • Select and configure F&B POS system for menu, pricing, reporting.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive food and beverage experience.
  • Front-of-house leadership with hospitality-first mindset.
  • Proven success in startup or pre-opening environments.
  • Proficiency with F&B POS systems including menu setup and reporting.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Golf, resort, or destination hospitality experience.
  • Experience scaling operation from preview to permanent venue.
  • Prior involvement in pre-opening or new concept launches.
