💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience and help train new recruits at a music and pop culture retailer. Your fandom knowledge will drive add-on sales and ensure smooth daily operations. You'll also step up as a leader when the manager is away.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customer return.
• Open and close the store and lead the sales floor as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and lift up to 50 pounds.

✨ Nice to Have

• Love of music and pop culture.
• Avenger-like communication and time management skills.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
