💼 About This Role

You'll join Dandy to design and scale high-throughput manufacturing lines for customized dental products. You'll own material flow and process reliability across robotic and manual operations. This hands-on role lets you build scalable systems from the ground up in a fast-growing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design processes for kickbacks, reworks, and manual material flow
• Maintain simple documentation for rapid operator training
• Run continuous improvement projects to improve key metrics
• Balance lines and ensure manufacturing cells hit targets

📋 Requirements

• Expert in systemic root cause analysis for material flow disruptions
• Skilled at non-conforming material management with rework loops
• Experience creating process standardization and 5S standards
• Proven ability to track KPIs like First Pass Yield and Rework Cycle Time
