💼 About This Role

You'll join the Account & Platform Integrity team to protect OpenAI's ecosystem from fraud, impersonation, and abuse. You'll investigate and verify high-risk accounts, making swift decisions on platform access. This role involves handling sensitive cases and collaborating cross-functionally to shape trust and safety policies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Verify customer identities, organizations, and ownership structures.
• Investigate suspicious accounts for fraud, impersonation, or abuse.
• Enforce account-level actions like approvals, suspensions, or escalations.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Support teams on cases.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in verifications, fraud, trust & safety, or risk investigations.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration (Legal, Product, Sales, etc.).
• Ability to make high-impact decisions on platform access.
• Comfort handling sensitive and ambiguous cases under pressure.

• Experience building or improving verification workflows and fraud detection systems.
• Familiarity with automation and tooling for human-in-the-loop review pipelines.
• Background in data analysis to uncover fraud and abuse trends.
