💼 About This Role

You'll manage a caseload of up to 10 students, implementing academic and behavior programming in a K-12 special education school. You'll oversee Instructional Assistants and ABA Therapists while collaborating with a BCBA. This role offers 8 weeks of PTO and comprehensive benefits like a 403(b) match.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage caseload of up to 10 students in a classroom

📋 Requirements

• CT certification in special education, DSAP or Long-Term Substitute Eligible
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis, Precision Teaching, Direct Instruction
• Experience working with students with challenging behaviors
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
