You'll serve as the Product Owner for Enhanced Direct Enrollment capabilities within a federal healthcare enrollment ecosystem, acting as the primary liaison between development teams and business stakeholders. Your work will directly impact consumer access to healthcare by enhancing digital platforms that serve federal programs. This role offers the opportunity to drive improvements in a collaborative and innovative remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for EDE functionality.
• Own and refine the product backlog with well-defined user stories.
• Translate healthcare policy and regulatory requirements into actionable features.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support release planning.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in product management or product ownership.
• 5+ years in healthcare or regulated government healthcare programs.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
