🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead internal FP&A function and planning processes
• Own annual budget, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning
• Analyze KPIs to optimize delivery productivity
• Implement scalable processes and automations with AI workflows
• Support value creation, cost optimization, and margin expansion

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting from top undergraduate program
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience
• Financial modeling proficiency and automation experience
• Ability to collaborate in office four days per week in specified cities
