💼 About This Role

You'll provide personal care to terminally ill patients and their families as part of a multidisciplinary hospice team. You'll ensure dignity and comfort for patients, observing and reporting changes in condition to the RN. This role offers the chance to serve in a faith-based ministry with a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide personal care with respect and dignity
• Observe, record, and report patient care and symptoms
• Assist in feeding patients as needed
• Attend hospice interdisciplinary team meetings

📋 Requirements

• CNA/STNA certification on Ohio registry
• One year of direct patient care experience
• Valid driver's license and insured reliable transportation
• CPR certification

• Understanding of hospice philosophy
