You'll design and build an AI-first internal platform that powers how our company runs, automating workflows and improving decision-making. You'll own the architecture of internal data systems and pipelines across product, CRM, and financial systems. This high-ownership role lets you ship tools quickly and see immediate impact across a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build internal data platforms and pipelines
• Develop automation and integrations across CRM and financial systems
• Build LLM-powered workflows and agents
• Own architecture of internal data systems

📋 Requirements

• 4 years of backend/data engineering experience
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and modern data platforms
• Production code in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript
• Experience owning technical projects end-to-end
