💼 About This Role

You'll own the validation and verification of agricultural carbon projects end to end, ensuring every credit meets rigorous international standards. As the operational backbone of certification, you'll collaborate across teams to deliver transparent, high-quality processes that advance regenerative agriculture and climate action.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the delivery of certification projects across internal and external stakeholders
• Author Project Design Documents and GHG monitoring reports ensuring methodological rigour
• Lead coordination of external validation and verification with accredited auditing bodies
• Streamline internal certification workflows to reduce cycle times and increase reliability

📋 Requirements

• Degree in environmental science, agronomy, climate policy, or related field
• Demonstrated experience in GHG project certification or carbon credit validation/verification
• Strong working knowledge of international carbon standards (e.g. ISO 14064, Verra VCS)
• Experience writing or reviewing PDDs and monitoring reports

• German language skills
• Experience with EU CRCF or LSRS frameworks
• Interest in regenerative agriculture and soil carbon
