💼 About This Role

You'll complete a 1040-hour clinical internship at MedRhythms, focusing on neurologic music therapy for sensorimotor, speech, and cognitive goals. You'll gain hands-on experience in a top rehabilitation hospital and develop skills in NMT interventions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of music, neuroscience, and technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete 1040 clinical hours with ~900 direct patient care
• Develop treatment plans and set goals for patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, OT, SLP, etc.)
• Conduct NMT assessments and document sessions

📋 Requirements

• Working towards a degree in Music Therapy
• Strong clinical skills in NMT interventions
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with neurologic populations
• Knowledge of neuroanatomy and neuroscience of music
