💼 About This Role
You'll own a portfolio of ~80 government customers, ensuring they transform how they serve their communities through OpenGov's SaaS platform. Your core impact is driving renewals, mitigating churn, and identifying expansion opportunities. You'll blend proactive relationship-building with data-driven risk management in a mission-driven environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle for ~80 customer accounts
- Identify at-risk accounts and execute retention plans
- Own full renewal cycle to maintain high NRR
- Conduct executive business reviews (EBRs) with customers
📋 Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience managing a book of 50+ accounts
- Comfortable discussing budgets and renewal contracts
- Ability to translate usage dashboards into outreach strategies

- Passion for Customer Success with relevant research completed
