💼 About This Role

You'll own a portfolio of ~80 government customers, ensuring they transform how they serve their communities through OpenGov's SaaS platform. Your core impact is driving renewals, mitigating churn, and identifying expansion opportunities. You'll blend proactive relationship-building with data-driven risk management in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle for ~80 customer accounts
  • Identify at-risk accounts and execute retention plans
  • Own full renewal cycle to maintain high NRR
  • Conduct executive business reviews (EBRs) with customers

📋 Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience managing a book of 50+ accounts
  • Comfortable discussing budgets and renewal contracts
  • Ability to translate usage dashboards into outreach strategies

  • Experience with local/state government (GovTech)
