You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound sales calls and in-person interactions. You'll learn all aspects of the consumer finance business to provide tailored financial solutions. This role offers best-in-class training and fast-track promotions from within.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Engage with customers in person
• Learn all aspects of title, payday, and signature loan products
• Provide best financial products to meet customer needs

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year phone sales or call center experience
• 1+ year customer service, sales, lending, or collections experience
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week including Saturdays

• Some college or military experience
• Team sports background
• Fluent in English and Spanish
