• Conduct structured interviews and provide candidate assessments

• Maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in recruitment, with 2+ years in tech recruitment
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM)
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
