💼 About This Role

You'll join the Product Engagement team to improve how members and employers experience Thatch, from account creation through enrollment. You'll build user-facing features and the backend systems that support them, driving activation and engagement. This role offers direct impact on how customers experience Thatch in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and improve core product flows for onboarding, activation, and enrollment.
  • Build and ship full stack features from backend services to user-facing interfaces.
  • Instrument product surfaces to understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Design, test, and iterate on changes to improve conversion.
  • Contribute to systems supporting engagement and lifecycle messaging.

📋 Requirements

  • Experience building and shipping production web applications across the stack.
  • Strong product judgment and comfort working through ambiguity.
  • Ability to reason about user behavior and use data to inform decisions.
  • Experience owning features end-to-end.
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration and good technical decision-making.
