💼 About This Role
You'll join the Product Engagement team to improve how members and employers experience Thatch, from account creation through enrollment. You'll build user-facing features and the backend systems that support them, driving activation and engagement. This role offers direct impact on how customers experience Thatch in a fast-moving, high-trust environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and improve core product flows for onboarding, activation, and enrollment.
- Build and ship full stack features from backend services to user-facing interfaces.
- Instrument product surfaces to understand user behavior and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design, test, and iterate on changes to improve conversion.
- Contribute to systems supporting engagement and lifecycle messaging.
📋 Requirements
- Experience building and shipping production web applications across the stack.
- Strong product judgment and comfort working through ambiguity.
- Ability to reason about user behavior and use data to inform decisions.
- Experience owning features end-to-end.
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and good technical decision-making.

📨 Hiring Process
