💼 About This Role

You'll lead the expansion and operationalization of PASA service lines in Colorado, including Community Connector, Homemaker Enhanced, Respite, and Supported Community Connector services. You'll own program performance from launch through compliance, staffing, and quality management, reporting to senior leadership with a bias toward action. This role requires direct experience standing up PASA services at a growing agency in Colorado.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop launch and scale plan for PASA services.
• Ensure compliance with HCPF regulations and standards.
• Build relationships with SEPs, CCBs, and case managers.
• Recruit, train, and oversee PASA staff.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of direct PASA experience in Colorado.
• Experience operationalizing Community Connector, Homemaker Enhanced, Respite, or Supported Community Connector services.
• Valid Registered Nurse license in Colorado (preferred).
• Experience leading diverse teams in a high-growth or startup environment.
