Description

In this role, you'll conduct internal theft investigations using technology, reporting, and surveillance tactics to reduce shortage. You'll help drive a theft prevention culture, respond to incidents, and support safety and compliance, working closely with HR and operations teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Preferred 2-3 years of retail or distribution asset protection experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google apps
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and with a team

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal theft investigations using technology, reporting, and surveillance
• Identify theft trends and implement action plans to reduce shortage
• Use video systems to monitor theft activity and support internal cases
• Respond to incidents and submit documentation per AP standards
• Assist with emergency action plan and accident investigations
