• Coach and mentor a team of MSL direct reports
• Oversee regional field implementation and KPIs

📋 Requirements

• Advanced medical/scientific doctoral degree (MD, PharmD, PhD)
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech Medical Affairs
• 5+ years leading Field Medical teams
• 5+ years lung targeted therapy experience
