📋 Requirements

• Genesys Cloud Certified Professional Certification
• 10+ years in Information Technologies Field
• 8+ years in telephony, networking or IT
• 2+ years Genesys Cloud installation and configuration

• Strong understanding of AWS Lex Bot
• Experience with Google Dialog Flow
• Ability to build REST APIs
