💼 About This Role

You'll support daily clinic operations and community building as an Associate Clinic Director at Kind Behavioral Health. Your core impact will be improving clinical KPIs and mentoring BCBAs to deliver life-changing ABA therapy for children with autism. This role offers a path to clinic ownership and leadership development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day support in the clinic
• Conduct interviews and participate in outreach events
• Review operational dashboards and improve areas of opportunity
• Lead RBT performance conversations and attend caseload planning meetings

📋 Requirements

• BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years
• Strong foundation in all clinical KPI metrics
• In good standing on BCBA metrics including service hours and cancellation trends
