You'll design, build, and operate security automations that scale core security and identity processes across the organization. You'll drive end-to-end automated onboarding and vulnerability management lifecycle to reduce manual effort and improve consistency. This role offers the chance to impact incident response automation in a leading fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement end-to-end automated onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Automate vulnerability management lifecycle from ingestion to ticket creation.
• Build IAM automations for provisioning, role-based access, and Just-In-Time access.
• Develop SOAR and incident response playbooks for common security alerts.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in security automation and engineering in cloud-first environments.
• Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience automating IAM workflows including user lifecycle management.
• Experience designing and maintaining SOAR playbooks for incident response.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HRIS and SaaS platform integrations.
• Familiarity with SIEM, XDR, and alerting platforms.
