💼 About This Role

You'll lead the creation and launch of new Instagram and TikTok channels for a major global consumer brand in France. This role combines hands-on content production with strategic oversight, turning trends into high-performing brand storytelling and viral content. You'll manage a small team of creators while driving cultural relevance and platform excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full content production cycle from ideation to execution.
• Produce and edit weekly self-shot content for social channels.
• Cast, brief, and manage creators and influencers for campaigns.
• Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 creators.

📋 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in content creation including shooting, editing, and producing video assets.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, including briefing and managing creators.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, formats, and best practices.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
