💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Americas Customer Success team at Coupa, driving value realization and retention through our spend management platform. Your core impact will be scaling strategies and cross-functional partnerships to enhance customer outcomes. You'll foster a culture of collaboration and innovation in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a regional hub of Customer Success Managers to drive outcomes.
• Partner with regional leaders to execute GTM strategy.
• Develop proactive strategies to improve adoption and retention.
• Serve as customer-facing field leader for escalations and negotiations.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer success or related roles.
• 5+ years in senior-level Customer Value Management leadership.
• Background in Source-to-Pay, Spend Management, or SaaS.
• Proficient in English and Spanish language skills.
