You'll shape and execute People strategies for Toast's growing EMEA markets, partnering with leaders across functions. Your core impact lies in building scalable operational frameworks and ensuring a consistent, locally compliant employee experience as we expand. π― What You'll Do
- Shape and execute core People strategies as Toast scales.
- Oversee compliance, system rollouts, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other functions for entity operationalization.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and conduct investigations.
π Requirements
- 10-12+ years of experience in a People function.
- Proven knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization across timezones.
- Demonstrated success in a high-growth organization with multiple stakeholders.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or HR certification.
- Experience in Technology/SaaS industry.
- Experience using Workday or similar HRIS platform.
