🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape and execute core People strategies as Toast scales.
• Oversee compliance, system rollouts, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other functions for entity operationalization.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and conduct investigations.

📋 Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in a People function.
• Proven knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization across timezones.
• Demonstrated success in a high-growth organization with multiple stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or HR certification.
• Experience in Technology/SaaS industry.
• Experience using Workday or similar HRIS platform.
