💼 About This Role

You'll drive the launch and growth of PayJoy's Credit Line QR product in the Philippines, collaborating with product, sales, and operations teams. Your core impact is measured through customer acquisition, activation, and retention. This role offers the chance to build and lead a team as the product suite expands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Credit Line QR.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from market analysis to launch.
• Partner with engineering, compliance, and operations teams.
• Track key metrics like loan volumes and monthly active users.
• Manage relationships with PSPs, banks, and payment networks.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years in Product Management, ideally in FinTech or Payments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, CS, or Economics.
• Strong understanding of Philippines and SEA payment landscape.
• Leadership experience in building and mentoring product teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA is a plus.
• Analytical skills with SQL/Python/R.
• Experience in agile environments.
