💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for project managers and visitors at a NATO agency, coordinating access and onboarding. Your work ensures secure and efficient operations for critical communication systems. This role offers direct exposure to NATO's IT infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate project-related visits with respective sections prior to approval
• Create security access requests and tickets for onboarding
• Support administrative tasks including booking rooms and meetings
• Escort personnel from main gate and manage badge applications

📋 Requirements

• Valid driving licence
• Proficiency in MS Office including SharePoint
• Understanding of NATO environment and access processes
• National or NATO Secret security clearance

• Experience with APMS or AskCPO systems
• Prior work in a military or international organization
