💼 About This Role

You'll support the Multi-Asset Portfolio Service (MAPS) by onboarding new accounts and managing non-custodial assets. Your work ensures seamless administration for clients. Full training and development are provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard new accounts for MAPS and manage non-custodial investments
• Verify, reconcile, and import historical asset data into client portfolios
• Review applications, LPOA, redemptions, and fund manager instructions
• Process income tax component adjustments and update asset unit prices

📋 Requirements

• Solid understanding of ASX securities, bonds, managed funds, and unlisted assets
• Willingness to learn investment administration processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous WRAP/Super platform experience
• Experience in user acceptance testing
