Description
You will develop and manage Stripe's consulting and technology partnerships in the Netherlands, driving revenue through joint sales initiatives, partner enablement, and program execution. This role involves cultivating partner relationships, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with regional sales teams to accelerate user growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of managing partnerships and/or sales in high-tech or financial services
- Successful track record of developing and growing partnerships
- Professional and technical knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with C-level audience
- Highly organized self-starter, strong multi-tasking skills, and ability to influence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Bachelor's Degree
- Willingness to travel
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of partner ecosystem in the region
- Identify, recruit and manage a scaled portfolio of partners
- Develop and execute partner strategy aligned with regional and global goals
- Ensure partners are technically proficient and certified on Stripe
- Build scalable solutions with partners to drive pipeline growth and user activation
- Optimize partner performance through business reviews and joint sales approach
- Work with program, marketing and sales teams on partner programs and events
