💼 About This Role

You'll oversee water treatment operations and lead field staff in Arizona. You'll ensure treated water meets quality standards while monitoring SCADA systems and maintaining equipment. You'll train lower-level employees and update operational procedures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and operate water treatment plant processes and equipment
• Collect, inspect, test, and evaluate incoming and outgoing water supplies
• Lead and train lower-level employees in maintenance and operations
• Write and update equipment operation and maintenance logs and procedures

📋 Requirements

• Possession of a valid Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Grade 3 or Grade 4 certification
• Valid CDL Hazwoper 40hr Certification
• Respirator certification
• Water Distribution System and Water Treatment Operator Grade 3 certification from Arizona

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SCADA systems
• Knowledge of coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection processes
