You'll provide tele-health visits and triage for a leading virtual care team. Your work directly impacts patient access to quality primary care 24/7. This role offers collaboration with in-office teammates and continuous learning through weekly clinical rounds.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Treat patients via tele-health visits including video and phone
• Perform telephonic triage calls and email follow-ups
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Obtain additional state licensure as needed

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current NCCPA certification
• 2 years outpatient primary care or urgent care experience in past 5 years
• Current license in CA or AZ
