Description
You will own the success and health of a segment of small business customers, developing strategies to increase engagement and delight while mitigating churn. You'll partner with customers throughout their Podium journey to ensure they get the most out of the platform and achieve their business goals.
Requirements
- 1+ years in customer-facing role in SaaS
- Working knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, Voice AI, automation)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Empathetic and customer-centric mindset
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary post-sales point of contact for small business customers
- Drive adoption and utilization of Podium products
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Proactively engage customers during renewal process to secure renewals
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and optimize usage
