You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for Go-To-Market roles across sales, marketing, and customer success. Your work directly impacts business growth by shaping hiring strategies and building world-class teams. This role offers strategic influence and hands-on execution in a high-growth SaaS environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles including sourcing and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for active and passive talent.
- Drive offer strategy including compensation and equity negotiations.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting with focus on GTM roles in high-growth environments.
- Experience recruiting within SaaS or cloud-based companies.
- Deep understanding of GTM functions (sales, marketing, customer success, sales engineering).
- Proven ability to partner with revenue leadership on workforce planning and strategic hiring.

- Familiarity with GTM tools and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, MEDDPICC).
- Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting expertise.
- Excellent negotiation skills in complex compensation and equity discussions.
