You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for Go-To-Market roles across sales, marketing, and customer success.   • Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles including sourcing and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for active and passive talent.
  • Drive offer strategy including compensation and equity negotiations.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting with focus on GTM roles in high-growth environments.
  • Experience recruiting within SaaS or cloud-based companies.
  • Deep understanding of GTM functions (sales, marketing, customer success, sales engineering).
  • Proven ability to partner with revenue leadership on workforce planning and strategic hiring.

  • Familiarity with GTM tools and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, MEDDPICC).
  • Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting expertise.
