💼 About This Role

You'll lead a regional team of Systems Engineers to drive renewals and upsell revenue for Veeam's data protection solutions. You'll align renewal strategies, onboard new hires, and collaborate across departments to ensure exceptional customer product experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive recurrent and upsell revenue through customer product experience.
• Align and execute the renewals strategy across the region.
• Hire, onboard, and integrate new team members distributed across countries.
• Define KPIs and develop capacity planning models for team success.

📋 Requirements

• Leadership experience managing a team of systems engineers.
• Deep understanding of customer management and sales support processes.
• Technical expertise in Veeam Data Platform or similar backup solutions.
• Fluency in English and ability to travel as needed.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V/KVM).
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with Operations and Renewals teams.
